It's not the color I wanted, but the equipment is sturdy and functions properly. It came with a nice sturdy storage bag and a few extra supplies like ear pieces, stethoscope pieces, a little tool and name tag.

This manual blood pressure kit is well made and comes with everything neatly packed in a carrying case. The materials feel durable, and it works as expected for regular at-home use. It’s practical, especially if you’re familiar with manual readings. I’m giving four stars instead of five because it does require a bit of practice if you’re not used to this type of monitor. Overall, it’s a solid and reliable option.

This sphygmomanometer with stethoscope, cuff and carrying case by Santa Medical is a wonderful medical set at an economic price. I like that it is a fashionable purple color instead of the standard black or blue you see at doctor offices. I had my aunt, who is a registered nurse, test it with me to check the accuracy of the product. I am slightly deaf in my left ear so I had a hard time hearing clearly through the stethoscope but my aunt had no issues. For me, I can hear the pulse or heartbeat but it sounds faint, but then again, I am slightly deaf. My aunt and I also like the fact that this is not a digital reader. My aunt said this was the way she learned to take blood pressure and that this set was as accurate as the one she uses daily at work. Overall, this is a great set. I was quite impressed with the stethoscope - I can hear sounds loud and clear. Also, the additional kit parts and the carrying case is nice as well. Many people complain about the D-ring cuff - I personally don't mind it as much since I bought it for a personal/home use. My only problem with this product is the faulty knob of the pump - this has to the most sensitive/accurate part to precisely measure blood pressure. However, the knob wouldn't slowly deflate: when I turn it slightly to deflate, the gauge needle does not move. So, I turn just a tiny bit more, then it deflates way too fast, which makes it difficult to measure blood pressure accurately. (I worked as a medic in the Army and an EMT, so I'm very familiar with taking BP manually.) In that note, I would gladly give 5 stars if the seller sends me a new one with the working knob.

I’m not a big negative review girl. But when I tell you both the blood pressure cuff AND the stethoscope fell apart in the first week. It’s so cute but mine was completely defective literally from day one.
