Soy un chico con el pelo largo y tamaño de cabeza normal, me he comprado una M. Al principio tenía serias dudas porque me parecía un poco cara pero ahora usándola no me arrepiento para nada, es súper cómoda no aprieta pero tampoco se te cae y el material parece bueno. Recomiendo la compra, si eres chico con una cabeza normal recomiendo la M a no ser que tengas una almendra gigante pero la M se adapta bien a cabezas normales o incluso un poco grandes.
