The top initially warped after owning for a few months. However, the seller is amazing in communication and resent me a new one. I love this item since my kid likes her clothes to be warmed after a bath, shower, or waking up from a cold morning. It’s easy to use. Timer is ideal. The item looks clean and slick. Items get nice and warm, I’d suggest not to over fill it though. Great for big towels :) a luxury that is worth the money

I've bought 2 of these so far. They are nice and easy to use. The towel isn't too hot. It's warm and sometimes depending on how you put your towel in, the heat can be uneven on the towel. Still I really like having a warm towel.

Came with plastic cover not snapped tightly together. Afraid of breaking it we left it. It works great but gets super hot so watch your hands when you reach in! It ticks or snaps when it on for 15 min like the element is heating to hot? Love the warm towels but bought 4 others of another brand for our girls for Xmas gifts. I will keep mine hoping it continues to work.

This warmer is not just for towels. You can put your pj’s, robe , slippers, pillow cases, a sweater, and so on to give you a warm up. It does not take up much room, and looks good too. I would purchase again!

I read other reviews before purchasing this item and found them helpful so I hope this is also helpful to those considering what should be a great product but is not one I would recommend based on their customer support. tl;dr: they asked me to destroy the unit to get a replacement, now won't send a replacement unless I pay for shipping of the old unit, and have sent no info on where to send it. NOPE! It came in a large box and was packaged just fine. I took it out and tried it to make sure it worked and it worked properly. It was still relatively warm outside (August when it was on sale) so I didn't use this often but had planned to use it when things got colder. Cue the cold weather and one of the heating elements doesn't work anymore. The edge of the towel gets hot and the rest is room temperature. I reached out to support since the return window had closed on Amazon. The rep asked me to send a picture of the unit with the cord cut. Then they would send out a replacement. Puzzling but I complied and sent a picture. It was not clear enough for them to approve. I sent additional photos (included here) and offered to shoot a video or even zoom with them to prove that the cord was cut. Live Fine's response, "Unfortunately the opportunity for photo verification has been lost, we require the unit in our warehouse before a replacement can be shipped out. Your RMA is authorized. Once your defective unit is received and processed, your warranty will be fulfilled." I explained to them that I'm concerned that I'm shipping this back at my own expense and that there are plenty of ways for them to not send me a replacement. I could easily be out my original payment, return shipping of a device I was told to destroy, and not have anything to show for it. That was five days ago. I haven't heard back and they have never even sent the address of the warehouse or what to put on (or in) the box to know it's mine. If yours still works after two months and you don't have to deal with customer service, consider yourself very lucky. I'll toss this one in the trash with $100+ lesson learned and gamble with another company...any other one.

How did I live without this?! It feels so luxurious to get out of the shower or bath and slip into a warm towel! First, start your towel in advance by a few minutes, then pull it out and rotate the towel or towels. The bottom does NOT heat up; just the sides so it’s helpful to move your towel around once. It gets very warm…IF you leave it in long enough. Do not touch the sides when it’s on! You won’t be happy if you throw your towel in when you shower unless you’re in there at least 15 minutes. If you are willing to wait a few minutes and rotate your towel, you’ll love it. I put mine in about 10 minutes in advance of my shower. I expect that’s the same for any towel warmer. I like that this will fit two towels and the larger the towel, the better it seems to work. I also put pj’s and my robe in it. I’ve even used it to warm my socks!

Nothing like a hot towel after taking your shower. Especially during the winter months does need at least 15 minutes to penetrate the whole towel.

I look forward to getting out of the shower every single time due to the warm towels waiting. Simple and easy product to unbox, set up and use.

This heats up your towel quickly - i shake the towel out as it can have hot spots It does not hold the heat long so best for taking out and using immediately! Would be careful with children and the hot spots
