Took a while to find this - works ok - I used a bit much on first use to make jelly & it set pretty solid.

Handy tub, off-white
Convenient, good-sized tub, with a larg opening. Agar itself is off-white, not sure this is bleached, producing - forgive me - rather snot-coloured gel. Works as described and expected. (Pictured is just water & agar.)

good plant product for jelly
This product did not meet my expectations. But maybe I don't know how to use it correctly. In general, for jelly, it is quite good, but I made marshmallows and it did not work.

Macht sehr gut - was man halt so damit macht! Wir haben leuchtend grüne (Farbe nötig) scharfe Ingwer/Pfeffer-Perlen damit gemacht. Für einen ziehmlich gelungenen alkfrei Londrink (Barkeaper Prüfung)!
