Analog sticks are so bad as to make any game unusable. Glitchy, stuck, absolute junk. We're not talking about a subtle difference, we're talking about "this does not work as a controller." You will get better performance by drawing a picture of a PS3 DualShock controller on a post-it note and taping it to a USB cable.

Buyer beware, i purchased two of these controllers because of how confused i was, my first controller had an issue with powering up/recharging and not turning on at all, so i submitted information for a replacement, when i got the replacement i did everything i did with the first controller, unwrapped, plugged it in with the charger that came with it, still the same issue, then i noticed the barcode on the back of the controller, theres russian language which i found interesting as an american, then it hit me, i remember going through a situation where it stressed me out and i never forgot about what i had to go through to get to the bottom of it lol, turns out i had to use a USB SONY CERTIFIED CHARGER to power this thing up, i pulled out my box of cords and dug out the ancient charger and voila! it works!, so to those out there having issues with this controller, this is most likely the reason why, hope this helps.

Works good, no stick drift. All buttons work. Sticks don't have any unintended movements

I have some older ps3 controllers that were glitchy so thought I would get a new one, but wanted the ps brand. It looks nice and “renewed”, but the circle button and the R1 button do not work. Don’t buy these.

The PCB inside the device is real, but the shell, buttons, and probably some of the components have been replaced. This makes sense as this is a "Renewed" controller but I have a problem with how they restored the buttons. The PS3, like the PS2 had pressure sensitive buttons, they had a "mushy" feel but this was to have precise control over the analog values. Few games use it, but those that do REQUIRE them typically. The replacement parts used for the buttons seem to have ruined the linear button travel in favor of a logarithmic standard button feel. You can still "half-press" a button, but it's way harder to be precise. I would rate this 5-stars if the refurbisher kept the linear button press of the original controller.
