There are a lot of really cheap monofilament lines on the market that are fishable but there is a reason you pay $3 for the spool, what you're getting here is a lot of really high quality monofilament for the price of a big name filler spool... I have fished reaction tackle line for the past couple of years and do not have any issues with it at all... Knots are strong and stay tied, really good casting and overall consistent line strength but I think is true to the labeled poundage. I put it right up there with the other major mono brands.

Fast delivery to Africa, which was a pleasant surprise. The line arrived well packaged and exactly as described. I purchased this monofilament line for decorative purposes rather than fishing. We use it for hanging and supporting UV-reactive decorations, and the bright yellow color responds very well under UV lighting, making it ideal for glow and blacklight events. Very happy with the purchase and would buy again.

Been using this for several months. I'm on the left coast so there's lots of opportunities to use light 6 lb mono for large fish in rivers. It's amazing that it's routine to hook and fight salmon and steelhead to the bank in strong current. In the process the line gets dragged raked rubbed and skinned over rough stuff. Sometimes a big fish has its way with you and you just hold on and hope the line holds until you can get to an eddy or pool. This is advanced fishing. This line held up as good as any premium I've used. (all) so No complaints. I didn't measure Dia or break strength I just spooled it up and went fishing. Used for surf perch in rocky often bull kelp infested tidal areas and I seen the line cut into the stalks if the leathery seaweed. I am gonna try some 8 lb and 20. Let you know. If you can tell the difference in performance between this and other premium lines..... I would be skeptical. GOOD BUY........goodbye.

1,400yd of 12lb monofilament for how much? Really? My reaction of this Reaction product? Wow! I can fill 5 4K Spinners with this 1-spool! How do i know? Because this is the 2nd time i'm purchasing this! Semi-supple yet holds it's shape. A decent 8lb Jack didn't snap it. I know as this is my 2nd spool! I used many lines before but it's extremely hard to beat this one. I know as i've been sponsored as an angler for a long time but now i'm free & just want to enjoy my fishing using the knowledge i've gained. I'm NOT connected w/this comp so trust my evaluation fellow anglers:)
