Great for first time tamagiyaki cooks
This Tamagoyaki pan was recommended to me and works well for the price point. The silicone spatula perfectly fits the pan and should be used until you can master cooking with chopsticks to help roll the omelet. The silicone brush is great for applying oil for each layer. Easy to clean up and still looks new after several uses. Be sure to heat the pan on medium high, add a layer of oil, and then turn the heat to low. If you have the heat too high, the eggs will cook too fast and possibly burn/stick to the pan. Be sure to wash by hand when done to keep the integrity of the pan so it can last longer.

Tamagoyaki with 2-3 eggs
Great pan for making Tamagoyaki with 2 or 3 eggs. I've also used it to cook dumplings/potstickers and other odds and ends for lunch. The nonstick is very useful as well as the lid and spatula. The accesories are all fantastic. I have a bigger Tamagoyaki pan but sometimes I don't want to make a big roll with 5-6 eggs. This is perfect for individuals. Also makes a good tri-fold omelete.

What a great little pan!
I can't say enough good things about this tamagoyaki pan. Even though I'm vegan & don't eat eggs, I do eat Just Egg in a carton & I cooked Just Egg squares in this pan, as you can see in my attached pics. I poured a whole 16 oz. carton of Just Egg in a bowl, then seasoned with Kala Namak salt, garlic & onion powder. While preheating the pan (I used the small burner), add a little oil, then use the silicone brush to coat the pan, pour in 1/2 cup of seasoned Just Egg & cook. It makes 4 generous squares. I did flip the Just Egg square to make it like the frozen folded Just Egg. My husband who does eat eggs makes the traditional method of rolling the omelette. I had no sticking, the silicone spatula makes cooking these a breeze. I highly recommend.

Pretty nice.
First one I got was very warped, a replacement was sent out right away and it was a little bent, so I just bent it a little bit to make it flat. Now it works great No problems with any sticking at all, I use a little olive oil on the surface. Remember to hand wash. Perfect for 3-4 egg rolled omelettes.

Love the lid for sunny side up eggs
My husband and I both love this as a dedicated egg pan. We especially like the fact that has a lid. It makes perfect sunny side up eggs every time.

This was just what I was looking for.
I was searching for decent pan to make rolled egg and other small fast dishes and this pan does just that. It is non stick so it is easy to clean. I think what I enjoy the most is how sturdy the construction is. It has a nice thick wooden handle and the actual pan is NOT super light, bendy, or cheap. It has a nice weight without being heavy. It brings a few tools with it too( a spatula, a silicone brush, and what I assume is a silicone trivet- at least that's how I'm using it ๐) I'm very happy with my purchase!

Great Pan - better than expected
Just love this pan. I watched a video series about Japanese rolled egg dishes using this pan and being an egg lover I had to give it a try. What a great way to create delicious scrambled egg dishes. Takes some time to master but you'll get to enjoy every dish along the way. My favorite thing to do is add ingredients after pouring the first layer, then rolling them over. Takes under 2 minutes per roll and it always feels like I am getting more out of the egg than the number I am using. 2 eggs feel like four, four is like 8, etc. Very glad I made this purchase!

Surprised by How Good This Is
It heats up quick, works great, I have made a ton of omelettes with it. The brush is very cheap feeling but I already have a good brush and usually use paper towel to apply oil anyway.
