## Questions & Answers

**Q: Is this bike suitable for someone who's 156cm (5'1 ft)?**
A: Absolutely not. I am 5'1 and can barely reach the pedals. I have to perch on the very edge of the seat and have tried it in all it's variations to make this easier. I can just about reach but I have to perch on the very edge.

**Q: Is this cycle better for weight loss than the standard sit down f bike? And could it be used by my 11 and 12 year old. I am 5ft 3, they are 5ft 1.**
A: Yes yes yes! More intense and my 11, 14, 17 year olds and me use it

**Q: What app do you use with this exercise bike?**
A: BitGym it’s amazing! Lots of free routes but can upgrade if you prefer. Get this bike just for the app connectivity and airplay it to your TV it’s changed my sons life who has suffered a fractured femur and can’t run this is better than one with a seat more intense workout.

**Q: hi, can you stand up and cycle as well?**
A: Hi - not easily, no. Thighs will hit the handlebars

## Customer Reviews

### ⭐⭐⭐ Costomer support really bad
*by V***. on 1 May 2020*

The computer on this machine gave up within a week. I have been asking the company to replace it for 5 months, and there is no sign of it yet. POtherwise OK; wel ldesigned and totally silent.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This is a cross trainer
*by K***S on 2 May 2020*

Excellent for high intensity workout esp. during isolation

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Easy to assemble and can keep fit!
*by B***T on 20 August 2019*

This took around half an hour to assemble and the instructions were very straightforward. There are 3 modes : running - the most upright, spinning - the most comfortable, plank - the most difficult. One issue I found with the plank mode is that I tended to hit my knee on the tension adjuster. I think this could be an issue for those with large legs as it gets in the way. Hence a lost star in the review. I like how there is a storage mode so I can wedge it in the corner when not in use, yet it is quick to access so I don't forget to train. The footplates are quite spiky so you definitely need to wear shoes to use it. The handy thing about having no seat is that my 5 year old can use it too, so she doesn't feel left out! I was annoyed that the batteries ran out so quickly on the mileage counter as it reset to zero when I'd taken them out. So a few niggles but overall I'm impressed at how much this little piece of equipment has become part of my daily routine.
