It's also from Zymox. Look through their different products specifically for ears and see what your dog may need. Aside from stuff I get from my vet, Zymox is the company that has so far actually worked for some of the lighter stuff and regular cleaning for my dog.

Can I put this directly on her private area or just around for inconsistency ?

My vet gave me this cream to put directly on my dog's infected vaginal area and it works great. I started buying it here because it's cheaper.

Can I use the formual without hydrocortisone to clear up acne in my cat? Or is the hydrocortisone needed?

It should be ok, but, the best would contain hydrotisone. Just be sure it is for cats.

Will this help with demodex mange in addition to fungal/bacterial issues?

Hi, I have had a great success with the cream for all kinds of cuts, infections, and definitely for fungal issues on his ears and between his paws/pads where he often gets read inflammation. No experience with mange. Great cream tho!!!
