Has a slight metallic taste
Not brilliant but does the job. However, it has a strange metallic after taste. I have a strong sense of smell and taste so eventhough I can taste it, my husbamd said he tasted nothing. I haven't had the same lingering taste with other whiteners.

Nice addition to my baking collection, so i can get nice white icing.
Just used this item for the first time today after making a Christmas cake icing, it does make the icing a lot whiter, for a better finished effect on my cakes.
