Does this actualy work? My problem is bottom inward side of the foot. Difficult to sleep?

You could make it tight or loose. It flexes your toes back and that helps with planters fasciitis since I’ve been wearing it it has helped my feet not hurt, so severe at the end of the day and during the day. It is a little uncomfortable to wear because the way it makes your foot stay up and your toes back a little bit but it’s been worth it for me.
