Disappointed
Purchased to use in classroom lessons with my students and it is not a very good replica. Sizing is not consistent and paint on some objects are smeared. This was a disappointing purchase.

Not realistic
The caterpillar and and chrysalis are too big. The colors are wrong. Butterfly too small.

Very cheaply made
The caterpillar looks nothing like a monarch caterpillar. Set is cheaply made.

Honey bees don't lay eggs on leaves...
Beekeeper and science teacher here. Honey bees don't lay eggs on leaves. The queen lays them in wax cells inside the hive. This product perpetuates a misunderstanding that hives just have honey in them. Get the model where the egg is inside a cell (although that one is a little off too- the egg should be attached to the back small end with the other small end open, not just laying in the middle of the cell).

Bees do not lay eggs on leaves!
With no effort made toward scientific accuracy, this is useless. How hard is it to make a hive cell and put an egg in it? No bee in the history of beedom has ever hatched from an egg stuck to a leaf. If i could give this zero stars, i would.

Engaging and Educational Butterfly Life Cycle Model! 🦋
Engaging and Educational Butterfly Life Cycle Model! 🦋 The Butterfly Growth Cycle Model Set is a fantastic tool for teaching science and life cycles in the classroom. The set is lifelike and detailed, clearly illustrating each stage of a butterfly’s growth—from egg to caterpillar, chrysalis, and adult butterfly. My students loved interacting with the models during our lesson on insects. It made the concept of metamorphosis easy to understand and memorable. The pieces are sturdy and colorful, perfect for hands-on learning and even as insect-themed party favors. Overall, this is an excellent educational resource that brings the life cycle of a butterfly to life and makes science lessons fun, interactive, and informative!

Solid educational tool
Such a fun tool to explore the lifecycle of butterflies with kids. My two year old is obsessed! The only thing is the leaf might be a choking hazard if you’re purchasing for a small child. Overall quality as expected.
