As advertised, a great set of bands that can be kept neatly in a storage bag.

I bought these for my Husband. They work well when put around the legs (5 stars here), however, not so good for some of the other stretches he like to use them for (1 star here). The resistance is too strong on all of them to use for anything else besides the legs. Unfortunately will be returning them.

Pretty good and well made. I originally posted it did not come with a storage bag or manual, I was wrong! Both those items were tucked away in between the bands. My apologies!

These are great! I love the colors and resistance options. The one thing I don't like as much is you definitely have a stopping point on how far they stretch.

Sono molto confortevoli, non arrotolano e soprattutto non lasciano segni sulle gambe, cosa non scontata. Pur essendo un attrezzo sportivo piccolo e facile da trasportare, permettono di ottenere ottime prestazioni e allenamenti completi. Le istruzioni in italiano e la borsa sono un valore aggiunto. Prodotto semplice ma molto valido, consigliatissimo.
