Update: First, I should have been much kinder in my first review. The inside was beautiful and unique. Just right for trying to make a keepsake for two babies in one book without having to spend the effort on a scrapbook (been there done that and barely survived as an amateur). I have beautiful pair of boy/girl twins and wanted something that would be easy to fill in with ALL the pictures I take and back fill as they are nearing on 4 months (where does the time go??). This book is just my taste with bright colors but lots of space to add more than one pic (2x3) and handwritten notes. My first review reflected my disappointment with the cover. Well the founder got in touch with me and has gone way above and beyond. She explained the intention to be green, but took my blunt feedback in gracious stride and made an new batch from printers with a sticker instead so you can enjoy an clean look as well as know the treat of the ink pad (which I am excited about cause these kids grow FAST). They have also offered to send me the new book. I am ecstatic to recieve it and try it out. I will update again once I get to really play in the book. Based on my first experience with the book, my feedback being heard, and founders contact and concern with making the best for her customers I have updated to 5 stars. Sorry for the update to take so long; I don't want to deter others from enjoying this keepsake. Old review: Upper right "ink pad inside" looked like a sticker but was a part of book cover and detracts from the keepsake look I wanted with its unique look.

Title: Best Baby Shower Gift Ever I purchased this baby book gift set for my future grandchild and daughter's baby shower party. Very unique item and the important thing is she loves it! And, a few of the guests were excited to pass the book around and appreciate seeing something so different. The book is well crafted, simply vibrant and a wonderful gift. You just cannot help smiling when you flip through the pages. I think this book would work well with either a boy or girl. Overall, a happy choice and this will be my go to shower gift for the future!

Really beautiful and well crafted memory book for your baby. Vibrant colors and beautiful illustrations. Guides you through those hallmark moments in the first couple of years of baby's life. The pages are thick, but not quite cardstock thickness. Has hard covers. I gave this as a gift, and they loved it! The gift box it comes in was damaged when I received it, and wasn't giftable in it, but Amazon made it right. : )

I absolutely LOVED this book! i had no idea it went from the day your baby will be born up to 5 years! The pages inside are beautifully designed with cute animals and captions. i already began to use it. Definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a good baby album that is inexpensive. I will definitely purchase another one for my second child! love it thank you soo much!

UPDATE 01.07.2017: I received a replace my book and it did not have the damage as my first. PROS: colorful and bright, child would enjoy reading through it. Excellent customer service. CONS: my book already has damage, questioning durability, family tree page and pages for years old. I received it today and am overall disappointed with this product. There are already light scratch marks on the cover of the book, scratches on pages and the pages in the back are a bit wilted, as if they were wet and dried. This could have been damaging from shipping, perhaps it was left in the rain at one point. With already having these issues I am concerned about the books durability. The photos don't do justice on the damage. Also, I didn't like that once you go into years (1-5) the pages are birthday party related, like theme and who was there. I don't plan on throwing large birthday parties for a toddler. This space would be much better used for things like height, favorites and memories (like loosing first tooth, etc. ). This company does have excellent and quick responding customer service, which is rare to find these days.

The sticker on the top right about "Clean Ink Pad" is permanent. I was very disappointed it did not attach, but Lola Cheng reached out to me directly to fix the issue. I am going to find a cute sheep sticker to cover it since my son was born in 2015 and I am late to getting this done! It is a very colorful and bright book that goes month by month for the first year, then a page for each year up until 5 years. Thanks for the excellent customer service, Lola Cheng!

Super Cute, colorful and totally works for a boy or girl. I am not a huge fan of pastels so this option was awesome to see...especially as an artist myself I was very impressed with the work! beautiful book, very well made and it has a lot of good and cute features, the footprint is just amazing,also the seller is super kind and gentle, this is an amazing item for fathers, to review your child growing stage, im in love with this book.
