Great supplement for dogs! It's easy to mix into their food, and even my picky eater didn't notice it was there. Love that it covers so many health areas in one product. Will definitely keep buying!

My sheba dog is 15 years old and stopped eating the store bought dog food because he started to get pretty bad acid reflux from it. I decided to try homemade food to get him eating again. I did a bland chicken and white rice meal regimen for a few days to help his tummy while I ordered the powder supplement to add to a good homemade meal. When I got the powder I added half what the directions stated for my dogs size to his meal portions which consisted of chicken,frozen mixed veggies, and brown rice for one flavor and the other was the same but replaced the chicken with ground beef. I already started to see a difference with him the first day. He absolutely loved the flavor and for the first time he ate the entire bowl and wanted more! He has never been the type of dog that wants more food. He has been eating it daily for almost a week now and he is already back to acting like himself again and then some. He wants to play again, is excited to go outside and just all around happy again. I know the food change helped a lot for him but the powder supplements really was the game changer. It was amazing to watch the transformation with him and I am so grateful for this product. I feel like I am going to be able to much more time left with my old pup.

Since the expensive dog food doesn't seem to be a nutritious as I would expect, even paying more money for it, I think this supplement is helping our dogs. It's like giving them a vitamin to boost the dry dog food. I'd definitely recommend it. Our Golden Retriever and Border Collie are both 13 yrs old. Their hips are troublesome but at least they're healthy with this product.

While I am not a veterinarian, I am familiar with disease states and causes as well as resources to find nutrient veterinary dosing recommendations for dogs. Here’s a breakdown of what I’ve found: - The bag comes with approx 3 cups of powder (144 tsp) - Instructions say 1tsp for up to a 30 lb dog. Mine is 4 lbs so I’m starting with 1/8th of a tsp. (not an exact 1:1 dose, but it’ll do) - I mixed it into my dog’s home made food with bone broth and he ate it no problem. - There are some toxicity concerns in other reviews, with elevated lipase enzymes (pancreatitis). Yet, there are many reviews in which this supplement helps. I cannot speak on this yet. - My dog has alopecia so I switched to a home cooked organic diet with vitamin supplement. I cannot review the impact of the vitamins yet, hence the 3 star review. - Based on the numbers, 1/8 of a tsp won’t completely give him the nutrients he needs but I’m starting slow given the safety concerns and I don’t have a full nutrition analysis of the food I made him in my kitchen. His food is sure to have a lot of nutrients and vitamins in it. For example, the normal dose of chondroitin is 100mg a day, (1tsp). A 30lb dog would need 300mg. His food has bone broth which naturally has chondroitin. A 5lb dog needs 10mg of vitamin B2 per day. 1 tsp has 0.66 mg of vitamin B2. His food has chicken and liver, which naturally has vitamin B2. - I don’t want to overdue the omega fatty acids. 1 tsp contains 107 mg linoleic acid (LA) and 480 mg alpha-linolenic acid (ALA). A 5lb dog needs 100 mg LA and 230mg ALA. The ingredient is naturally found in roasted chicken and zucchini, both of which are in my homemade dog food recipe. High amounts of fats, especially in sedentary dogs can cause pancreatitis and elevated lipase levels. - I will update this review at either the first occurrence of a negative effect or at 12 weeks if there is no negative effect. UPDATE: I worked my way up to 1 tsp with no negative effects. My pup did not have an issue with the taste, nor did he become nauseous or have any side effects. However, his alopecia did not improve. I eventually switched to a high quality pre-made raw diet and his alopecia improved with that.

Works very well for my miniature schnauzer I bought this product and delivered on June 15 2021, I don’t want reviews the product right away. You have to give sometimes for the product to work. So has been 6 weeks that I has given my dog this product already and let me tell you it’s work !! Can’t believe my self , my poor schnauzer was limping and can’t jump on my lap, I really didn’t know what wrong with her I thought it may have to take to her VET, and stock with vet higher bills as I usually. So I tried g to his all in on product and I’m very happy that she doesn’t get those issues, she plays, jump on my lap happy baby. I read some people have bad experience but maybe had bad batch, or old product but Amazon is great on return it product and replace it if you need it I never had an issue with Amazon if I not satisfied I returned simply is that. This is not fake review, is real one I really have good experience with my little schnauzer. Thank for excellent product and please don’t change the recipe. I will re-order once I see running out I bought the powder I think last much longer 13 oz

I purchased this about 3 months ago and I would say you get your moneys worth. I bought it since I prepare my dogs meals since my Boston Terrier has a sensitive stomach, and I want to ensure they are getting a balanced meal. There are clear instructions on the bag on portioning the supplements. I paired it with another item I bought from NaturVet called 'Calcium Phosphorus' for dogs and that supplement comes with a scooper so I use the same scooper to measure both supplements. Before I knew the cause of my dog having a sensitive stomach, both my dogs would be rather picky when it came to their kibble, and they got tired of their dry food, so I wasn't sure if they would be picky with the supplements. Thankfully they seem to enjoy it. Overall I see a lot of value in this product for people who consistently cook food for their dogs and want to add the extra supplements.

I wasn’t paying close enough attention to this product’s ingredients. My bad, but I honestly cannot for the life of me understand why they would add “natural flavor” to it. The industry standard is that no one has to tell Is what’s in that, it can be derived from anything edible, so naturally this product has chicken in it. Whether they admit it or not. Steal clear if your baby has a deadly chicken allergy like mine! So disappointed, this really calls into question the integrity of the entire ingredient list.

Great product. I cook my dogs food now that she’s older, I add this to it every meal. She’s lost all her excess weight and her coat is shining. Bag lasts a long time. Will buy again

This really helped my dog when signs of aging were kicking in. She started having hip pain that was unmanageable, but this has helped her recover from that, and make it so she wasn't so disabled. I have pain meds for her too, but I give this everyday and it really helped keep her stay in a more youthful state. It gave her back her Life and playfulness. I don't need the meds everyday like I used to, and she's happy and playful again. So I'm really happy with this product, don't change a thing.

Perfect bloodwork and this helped keep everything at a normal level

I love that this is all in one so I don't have to spend lots of time scooping different powders for my dogs just one little scoop and it's all good! I also have a sensitive nose but the smell of this did not bother me at all if anything it kind of smelt good? Only problem is the bags closing top doesn't work so I just use a bag clip. This will last me a while too!

Our dog is very fussy and have tried several several products to try & get extra nutrients in her diet. This is a powder. Simply sorinkled iver her food!

Have used this product for almost 2 years. I add it to the home made food I give my 8 1/2 year old cats. Within a couple of weeks, their energy increased, then a little later their coats started to get shinier. They look and behave like much younger cats now and they love this stuff. Just be sure to wait till feeding time to mix it into their food. Will start making food for our dog soon, and she will get this too to make sure she gets what she needs.
