No7 Radiance+ Brightening Vitamin C Moisturizer Face Cream, 1.69 Fl Oz

I am no skin care guru by a long shot, but I love this moisturizer! I'm 53, and have moderately dry / mature skin. This moisturizes without feeling greasy or heavy and dries relatively quickly. The way I do my makeup is to apply my moisturizer first, then move to my eyeliner and mascara, then apply my foundation and the rest. So by the time I put this on, do eyeliner and mascara, this moisturizer has dried enough that I can apply my foundation without having to wait or put air to it. It's a light feel, and I have had no skin irritation from it. (I'm not overly sensitive skin-wise, but my eyes tend to get itchy easily and this doesn't bother me at all.) Price point is comparable with other name brands, and on Amazon prime day, this is a steal! Does it improve the complexion of my skin? I can't really say because I didn't buy it with the intention of smoothing lines and wrinkles or minimizing discoloration or anything like that. I just bought it as a general moisturizer, I absolutely love it! Also important to me is the fact that it is a cruelty-free brand. Though not officially certified by organizations like Leaping Bunny or PETA, maintains its own strong cruelty-free standard. Not sure if it's considered vegan though if that's important for you double check. Overall I definitely recommend this, feels nice, does what it should.

This cream is awesome! I use it every morning right after I wash my face. Once it has soaked in, I follow it with the No7 SPF cream, and the two products work really well together. Both creams go on smoothly and have light scents that aren’t overpowering. My skin has always been somewhat sensitive, and I’ve never had any issues with this moisturizer. It has easily become part of my daily morning routine, and I’ll definitely continue using it!

As promised, my skin really did look brighter after just one use. Over the next few days, I got several compliments on how bright my skin was, with one person describing it as "glowing." Unfortunately, I immediately started breaking out after only 2 days of use. I was hoping it was just a coincidence so I tried it for about 5 more days. More acne. Now that I stopped using it, my skin is starting to clear up. So, it did live up to the hype as far as brightening my complexion; sadly, it also came with a side of acne.

I like the way it feels on my face. It’s not too greasy and feels refreshing. However, I’m not sure how effective it will be at this time
