**Q: How do you install this? Do I have to actually unhook the straps?**
A: Hi there, If you want to have the neck cushion on the straps then yes, you must undo the straps. Otherwise, you can just place over your child's neck without strapping into place. Thank you for your questions, we hope you have an excellent day!

**Q: Does it work for hot places like in Florida, or is it for cold climates?**
