Fantastic camera!
I've had this up and running for about 2 months now and couldn't be happier. It was a breeze to set up and download the app. The night-vision is really high quality, I love that I can pan around the room and zoom in. The audio function also works really well. I don't use any of the motion alerts (I got it to keep an eye on my elderly pets when I travel). There is a delay when I'm on another wifi network, e.g. across the country, but if I'm just peeking in from another room in my house, it's nearly real time. It comes with a wall mount or you can set it on a surface.Highly recommended, and such a great deal for the quality.

Very disappointing
I've had it about 6 month and it will work ok one day and not at all the next. Most recently it started saying invalid ID when I try to log in. I checked online and there's no support for this and I see other users have had the same error message. I won't buy another Coolcam product.

Good quality for the money
I thought these were going to be cheesy cheap cameras but I was surprised they work really good with my iPhone my iPad and my android phones very easy to set up and very easy to install I actually have two outside and they're working really well at night and in the daytime really good

The camera is good for it price
The camera is good for it price, with all the features like those expensive ones. My Only issue is the set up manual is not clear.But highly recommendable

It has disturbing noice
when the signal is weak , it has distrubing noice it shouldn't have. They have to create some alert to signal the wifi is weak. like text message to alert the signal is weak. to accept or ignore. or signaling light, something else not disturbing noice. The sound alert may not be necessary at all. It alert everyone where the comera is.

WORST CAMERAS
CAMERAS HAVE A TERRIBLE PICTURE QUALITY. LOSE WIFI DETECTION OFTEN. APP IS A TERRIBLE QUALITY. I ORDERED 3 AND RETURNED THEM ALL FOR THE NEST CAMERAS

Could not get this unit to sync to my router even though I have 8 other Coolcam units using the router without any major problems.

Customer support just doesn't exist
This product stopped working the day I got it and set it up it stopped connecting to my wifi we emailed the support department and they still have yet to contact us back to troubleshoot the camera I am a very dissatisfied customer and do not suggest this camera unless they can make it right with me otherwise it's just a nifty looking paper weight
