I love this powder! I was worried about the dissolving issue. When I first stirred it in, it did not dissolve. However, I waited a few minutes and it dissolved perfectly. Some other customer said something like "if it's not dissolving in water, it's not dissolving in your body." LOL what? People won't take 3 seconds to fact check the wild nonsense claims they make. Can a steak dissolve in water? And yet your body breaks it down just fine. I searched for the answer and it's likely the calcium or zinc content, both of which can be hard to dissolve depending on factors like temperature. BTW, the second time, I tried dissolving it in a bit of warm water first (and then filling the rest with cold water) and it dissolved even more quickly. I got the raspberry flavor and it's absolutely delicious. Sugar free (stevia sweetened). I'm very happy and will be back for more!

Great taste and value, until the powder gets super hard.. could not use it fully had to throw half container out. Not happy and not worth the money. Very dissatisfied. Edit: To my surprise, seller reached out and refunded me for the powder. Kudos to the company for making this right!

This is a great product for the price. Tastes great and doesn’t break a fast. My only complaint is how it dissolves. I always drink it out of a shaker bottle to avoid excess in the bottom of a cup. Overall highly recommend

Good product.

Let's start with the good.. it does what it needs to do. It has a great balance of nutrients to be that drink you can drink all that you want all day. Something that is very important for a KETO and/or carnivore diet. I feel restored when drinking this mix and has every bit of quality advertised. Can't beat the price per serving. Now the bad part. The flavor is like sucking down pot pouri tea. Very soap like and artificial. It won't mix completely unless your water is warm or you let it sit for an hour before mixing. It will just settle out again anyway. There are much better brands out there that are worth the price. If I am spending $30 for drink mix I had better enjoy it.

With the 5% off coupon this comes to 25 cents per serving. Which is way cheaper than other powders on the market! I add it to a 32oz water bottle and shake vigorously and then add ice. I’ve had no issues with the powder no dissolving for me. The flavor is spot on, and that 32oz/1scoop ratio seems perfect to me, not too strong, not too diluted. Each person should play around with ratios before saying it’s too sweet, because everyone has different tastes! I feel noticeably better after I drink it, more hydrated, more alert, and wanting to drink more water (which is a sign you are staying hydrated). It tastes very similar to plexus pink drink! It has no weird aftertaste. I highly recommend! I’ll definitely be repurchasing.

I'm outside a lot due to my job. Staying hydrated is getting to be troublesome as I am getting older. Gallons of water alone doesn't do it as it once did. Was waking up in the middle of the night with leg or foot cramps quite often. Started using Hi-Lyte Electrolyte Powder 2 hrs. before bed time and I don't have the cramps anymore at least. A glass in the morning and it seems to help me stay hydrated during the day and I am not sweating quite as much as before and don't feel the need to drink gallons of water a day. I would say the product does as intended and I am thankful. The taste however could be improved on in my opinion but tolerable.
