I was very pleasantly surprised that it does indeed fit. It does an excellent job getting all the milk from the very bottom of my Medela Breastmilk 8 oz bottles. It also is shaped perfectly to remove any milk from the top of the bottle just inside the opening. A little clockwise, counterclockwise motion and the bottle is perfectly clean. I use the handle end, which conveniently has a corkscrew shape, to clean inside my Enfamil Soft Nipples (which I also bought on Amazon). My sister also bought this brush years ago when her babies where still drinking from bottles. They are no longer - but they still use this brush to clean out water bottles.
