It doesent work
I bought this broduct to easliy Braid my hair but one of the red pieces kept sticking up and my hair would slip out doesn't work do not recomended. Also gave me a headache

Only giving 3 stars because it was entertaining to watch!!
My son has very curly hair!! And decided he wanted 2 strand twist through this entire hair. He watched TikTok’s, and felt he did his research and requested one of these tools!!! So like a good mom, I went to Amazon!! He spent hours out of the weekend to get it done. Hair kept slipping out, his hair would get tangled, it was very entertaining to watch. At one point I even spent time trying to assist, apparently I do it wrong also but we already knew the teenager would let me know I was doing it wrong before I even touched it!!

Tips to know before buying (with backstory)
I brought this hoping I would get around to using it to do my hair at a later date. I opened the package realizing it was AA battery operated and I only had AAA on hand. Fast forward, I purchase the batteries , install them and lo and behold the tool doesn’t work and return policy was up. I'm not sure what went wrong, but I'm a little disappointed because I was excited to use it to style my hair for a photoshoot. -AA Batteries sold separately. -Review the product asap just incase it doesn't work and you need to exchange it. -You should purchase a separate pack of rubber bands if you need them. The ones provided are helpful but of low quality. -The comb was the best part of my package.

Its trash it doesn't do what its meant to it starts to twist and it won't twist all the way like it should. I wouldn't waste the money

Great for dreads!!
THIS DID THAT!! I dont know what some of yall smoking but sorry you got a bad bag. This is amazing for dreads, I don't like paying hundreds of dollars to have my hair done. I do my hair myself and this helps with time especially since I have to work and cant spend hours twisting and parting my hair. I am so glad I bought this. If you have straight hair or other types of hair I do not entirely recommend it.
