Psyllium husk is a very necessary supplement and increases my daily fiber intake. It helps me use the bathroom consistently as it makes my bowel movements more regular. The taste of this is similar to orange juice and does not have a lot of sugar. I like putting this in my water every day. It is very easy to use and just dissolves in liquid. This large container will last me for over a month so it’s a great value for the money.

I have been using this product for many years - not only does it promote regularly but my gut feels better (noticeably) when I'm using it regularly. There are times when I have fallen out of the habit of taking it - and, within a couple of weeks, I notice a difference in many ways.
