Are the capsules better than the powder?

I personally prefer the capsules. They are easier for me. However, one must take many capsules daily to equate to the same dosage as 2 tablespoons of powder into 8oz of water 2 or 3 x per day. With capsules, there is not a concern about sugar. I consume 9 - 12 capsules daily. The label recommends 5 capsules 4 times daily. (I take 3 capsules 4 times daily at most and that works for me. I drink LOTS of water) My husband prefers the powder, so that he can control the amount he puts into a glass of water at a time. When he travels, he just does not take it. I do, the pills are easy.
