Product arrived quickly, and is just as it said it was! This is a typical eel sauce and is of the quality and consistency that I expect. It drizzled easily over sushi rolls and is a sweet flavor as it should be. Definitely recommended. I buy the big container and refill my other ones because it’s a great price per ounce for something that doesn’t spoil particularly fast when kept in the fridge. So I leave my daily user out and keeps the main reservoir refrigerator for refilling.

I could drink this by the gallon I love this stuff so much. It does not have corn syrup like the other option and it makes a huge difference in the taste profile. I highly suggest trying it out. It is delicious and I love putting it on everything.

We used to use this exclusively for sushi and sashimi but now we mostly put this on pizza in my house (yeah, sometimes with baked eel, too). Great drizzled on sauteed mushrooms, as well. Mmmmm. So good. Okay, now I'm hungry.

No complaints at all, the eel/sushi sauce tastes great! The fact that it's gluten free is great, I used it on sushi, takes it over the top.
