Healthier and Just as Tasty as Soy Sauce
If you are on a low sodium diet, these will allow you to eat Asian food again with only half of the sodium content as soy sauce. If you are celiac, you can enjoy Asian food again, as there is no gluten in coconut amino acids either. ( there is gluten in soy sauce) It has been a game changer for our family with dietary restrictions. The taste is delicious. No one I have cooked for has ever been able to taste any difference between soy sauce and amino acids .

Wonderful Meal Addition!
Wish I could give this product 10 stars. So yummy! We use a lot of gluten-free tamari sauce when cooking our vegetables, and also some meats, but these coconut aminos have now become part of our cooking routine. So sweet and yummy, and it imparts a completely different flavor. It's not a coconut flavor really, but a more full-bodied, sweet/yumminess that makes everything taste that much better. And low sodium! That is huge for us, as even the low-sodium tamari sauces are still high sodium. You can't use a lot of this product, as it would make your food too sweet, but not a problem--it just lasts that much longer. It is kind of expensive--$26.35 for 3 bottles, but for us, who hate to eat our veggies, it's worth the money to keep us eating them. Being a diabetic, I especially love ALL of the Coconut Secret products I have tried. It's wonderful to be able to eat chocolate bars again and not have blood sugar spikes. Thanks for inventing these products for your parents--we appreciate your efforts! :)

Aminos changed my life...
I have been looking for a type of dressing/sauce that is similar to what they put on the little side salads at Japanese restaurants. I found a brand that I liked, but it contained gluten and I'd cut that out of my diet. I was bummed I had to quit using it, but that led to me finding Aminos and this stuff tastes better and is good for you! Yes, some things in life aren't too good to be true. It works so well as a salad dressing and as a lighter soy sauce substitute. Also, the folks at Coconut Secret do a really good job from what I read online (so it must be true). It's a family owned and run business based here in the good ole US of A and I really like that, too. What's not to like?

Better/healthier than traditional soy sauce!
I have a low sodium dietary restriction and missed soy sauce soooo much until I found this product. It has a wonderfully rich, rounded flavor similar to or maybe even better than a premium soy sauce and only contains about 1/3 the sodium! Not a low sodium product, by any means, but I can fit it into my low sodium (1500mg/day) diet. I'd recommend you try it even if you aren't limiting sodium. It's great taste and the health benefits of the aminos make it a staple, not a substitute in my larder!

Eureka - Great Soy Alternative
After reading so much negative information about soy and soy-based foods, largely to almost all, if not all soy being GMO tampered, I no longer was keen on the Braggs LiquidAminos. I began searching for a 'substitute' and am thrilled to have found just what I wanted in these Raw Coconut Aminos. Tastes very nice when sprayed on a wide variety of foods such as salad, eggs, sautes, as well as a final addition to a cup of soup. I let my sister try it and she commented on its hint of sweetness. Lower in sodium (113mg) than Braggs (160mg). This product has 0% carbs, fat, and protein. Braggs has 0% fat and carbs but lists having 310 mg protein. (I guess that is due to the soy.) Both my sister and I will order this again. Thanks.

So-So
I wanted a soy-free option (mainly to reduce the phyto-estrogens) and I like to support the Phillippines. The sauce is very thin and not nearly as thick as even light soy sauce, however the flavor is pretty good and fairly close to regular soy. It is a little more amber colored than it appears in the pictures. This would make a great dipping sauce for lumpia or something that absorbs a lot of sauce, because it won't overpower the rolls. I consider it an "extra light" soy sauce and it is great for that. Oh, and the price is pretty good.

Soy Substitute for People With Autoimmune Disease - soy/grain/sugar free
I purchased this because a dear friend cannot tolerate many foods and soy/soybeans are one of them. I like to use soy as an ingredient to marinade with and she told me that she could consume coconut aminos as there are no added sugars. The flavor is quite different from soy, but it's better than nothing and for a person with major autoimmune issues, she was delighted to be able to eat food with added flavor. The small jars are a bit pricey but worth being able to cook for a friend who can't eat very many items without getting ill.

Great Stuff , So buy it
I really like this product , it is all the things i want it to be and more and it taste great. I use this on my organic white rice i make in my rice cooker and it taste even greater with some gluten free sesame seed oil added to it to give it some Zaz. Overall would recommend this product and will be buying it again in the future. Being paleo I had been looking for a soy sub and i have finally found it. Ps. I know rice is not paleo but people usually switch what they can/cant eat it if they don't stick strictly to it . Rice is the only grain i eat and i still dairy but hope to cut out milk later on.

Best alternative for soy sauce but expensive.
This is the best alternative for soy sauce for people with wheat intolerance. It has a soy sauce like flavour but not as salty and intense. It is quite expensive though.

Great alternative to soy sauce
I’ve been looking for something to replace soy sauce because I’m trying to cut back on soy and sodium, and I found this Coconut Aminos sauce. Honestly, I wasn’t sure what to expect—like, coconut in a soy sauce vibe? But it actually tastes really good! It’s got this rich, savory flavor with just a tiny hint of sweetness that makes my stir-fries and salads taste amazing. I even tried it with some sushi the other night, and it was perfect. The 8 fl oz bottle is super handy—it fits right in my pantry, and you don’t need a ton of it to get the flavor going, so it lasts a while. The only downside is it’s a little pricey compared to regular soy sauce, but since it’s soy-free and gluten-free, I’ll keep buying it.

Expensive!
Over priced item for a 250ml size. But those who really need it will surely buy.
