Warranty issue for Gas Struts

Ordered 4 of these gas struts in August 1, 2024. Installation was easy. Worked well when installed. However, over winter in Canada, when we went to use them today, all 4 will not hold up the cabinet doors whatsoever. Disappointing. ARANA claims that an 18 months replacement support will be provided once any product problems during using or installing. But I am unsure on how to contact them. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

10 lb. Works Great! Highly Recommend

This worked great for replacing a weak spring hinge on a 1963 Admiral console stereo lid. Original replacement hinge is 250.00! It still has an original look to it. I only used one 10", 10lb. shock. I have bought these before (40 lb.) for RV cabinets and they work great! Highly recommend these!
