Review: Warranty issue for Gas Struts - Ordered 4 of these gas struts in August 1, 2024. Installation was easy. Worked well when installed. However, over winter in Canada, when we went to use them today, all 4 will not hold up the cabinet doors whatsoever. Disappointing. ARANA claims that an 18 months replacement support will be provided once any product problems during using or installing. But I am unsure on how to contact them. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
