It definitely works but can take time - Have used this product successfully twice now on a 3rd floor, seriously plugged toilet, snaking didn't clear...most recently it took close to 2 months but the toilet is flushing again...no new toilet or plumber required, if you can just let product and time work their magic, . Similar experience with their sink drain product...plugged bar sink drain..took quite awhile but the clog eventually cleared and has been clear ever since

Mi inodoro se tapó e intenté de todo para destaparlo. Utilicé una de las bolsitas de este producto, y solo ayudó a destaparlo un poco. Corría el agua pero algo lento. En menos de una semana se volvió a tapar por completo, utilicé la segunda bolsita, pero no ayudó en nada y sigue tapado. Le pongo 2 estrellas sólo porque la primera vez si ayudó un poco. Pero no destapa el inodoro en su totalidad.
