L’Oréal Paris Colour Riche Monos Eyeshadow, Acro-Matte, 0.12 oz.

I love this Eye shadow. I’ve been using for years. As I’ve aged and no longer wear “office” face, I have used as eyebrow color. Works and lasts all day! If I mess up with the arch, it’s just for that day and not for weeks if I used a dye. As my mom always said, “never leave the house without your bra or eyebrows on”, and this product achieves half of that advice beautifully

Love this color. It’s light gray and has has a touch of blue. Goes on well and lasts all day. It has a little bit of a sheen but isn’t glittery.

Color is a great for green not too glittery.

It was a little cracked on the left side, but it’s OK. Better than the last one which was returned because it was cracked all over.

As someone with very fair skin, I really hesitate to purchase eyeshadow palettes, let alone purchase one that I have not seen "in person". Most of the time, I can only use one or two colors and once those are gone, the rest gets tossed. But I cannot say enough good things about this palette! I can use almost every shade (with good blending, some colors more so than others). There are maybe 2-3 shades, a couple of dark browns and a black, that I cannot use but would make for a possible eyeliner option if you are clever (I am not) and have enough lid space (I do not). But overall for the price, the quality and the number of colors I can wear, I will call that a fair trade-off. The peachy/terra cotta shades are great for bringing out blue eyes, and I can pull off a more natural look without looking too made up. Like most palettes, they are laid out with coordinating shades on either side, but it's easy to mix and match with the various brown tones to create the look you want. For reference--in case it helps someone else-- when I say "fair" skin I mean: I freckle. Burn easily. And on the rare occasion I have gotten sunburned, I go from red to pink right back to pale. In other words, I could not tan even if I wanted to. If that is similar to your skin tone and you are considering this palette, don't hesitate!

This is a great eyeshadow. I love the color.

I really like the colors of this pallet, the green is a little on the darker side and the tan is a little on the gold side but overall the name "army brat" describes it well. I was a little disappointed because my application brush just turned to dust when I picked it up. Luckily I have a backup...but at $12 I would hope the applicator would be in better shape.

I have used this brand for many years and have purchased this particular shade before, so I was excited to reorder it because I love the color. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with this purchase. While the color was exactly the same as I remembered and still lovely, the quality seemed different. When I ran my eyeshadow brush over the surface and applied it to my eyelids, a significant amount of loose powder fell onto my cheekbones. The eyeshadow felt crumbly and created a lot of fallout, making application messy and requiring extra cleanup. The texture reminded me of something you might purchase at a dollar store rather than the quality I have come to expect from this brand. On a positive note, the color applied easily and looked beautiful. Without using an eyelid primer, the color lasted approximately 3 to 6 hours before fading. Overall, I loved the shade but was disappointed by the crumbly texture and excessive fallout. I was going to return the product, but I missed the return date.

Parfait

I'm going to start by saying, I was sent this product for testing purposes but all opinions stated are my own, I would never give a product a good review if I did not wholeheartedly believe it was worth it. So on the package of my L'Oreal eye shadow palette it says "Nude Intense" but looking at it in comparison to the other L'Oreal palettes it looks like it is the same as their "Nude 2" palette. I absolutely love the colours in this palette because I find that purples and mauves really complement my eye colour and look really flattering on me. The majority of the colours in the palette are purplely/mauves with only two matte browns. I do wish there were some lighter matte brown colours in the palette to use as transition shades when creating an eye look but the light purple shades work fine as transition shades. The eye shadows in this palette are extremely pigmented but a little difficult to blend out if you haven't primed your eyelids before application, I use Urban Decay's Eyeshadow Primer Potion in Original.
