Worth every seconds of reading
Written very well, a non-fiction is written like fiction. The sentences are good with few unique words. The content - absolute mind-blowing.Should you read - twice not once.Very very good book for current generation, all points in the book are necessary and important to live or sustain a healthy physical and mental life.Don't think just read and dissolve all content in you as soon as possible.

Brilliant take on a very emerging issue which people fail to work on.
The basis for each chapter and the historical references to evolution, human social psychology are very compelling. The exercises suggested are quite powerful and easy to implement!
