I have google pixel 3xl and can't get this thing to work at all. i've followed the instructions and the app just brings up the "switch wifi" screen.

Wifi connectted but no picture display 1.Enter phone’s wifi setting，find record “softish-xxxx” and click it，then choose ”forget” to delete this hotspot. 2.power on the product and connect your phone to hotspot “softish-xxxx”，please select ”keep using current network” when you meet prompt like ”current network can not reach internet,switch to another?”,make sure your phone continues to use “softish-xxxx“ hotspot。 3. If you still can not connect after above steps,please locate app in your phone and give the permission of using network
