This is really great product for regulating menstrual cycles as they grow erratic with age. I take 1 at 2x daily plus plain vitex 1 at 2x daily . I started when my hypothyroid threw my mood and cycle into a tailspin 5 years ago & have stayed on it. I added in the supplemental vitex a couple of years ago and it's given me precise & predictable cycles. Missing a few days will put you in a mood and can jump start the cycle, so I can absolutely say this is a commitment that is worth it to keep things regular and healthy in the hormonal department. Also, Amazon is the only way to go - it can be up to $30 at whole foods for a small bottle, but ranges $13-$18 here.

The supplement itself, does what it is supposed to do, but the shipping time was lengthy

I suffered 2 back to back early miscarriages 8/12/15 and then again 9/12/15, and i'm pretty certain caused from short luteal phase(less than 10 days)/low progesterone. After the second lost preg, I found these vitamins seeking help w/normalizing my progesterone levels. They were delivered 9/21/15, and this is when I started taking them. I just found out I had conceived again w/a positive preg test on 10/2/15, and today 10/6/15 have normal beta(hcg) and progesterone levels so far. I truly believe that the Vitanica preg prep has helped give that push, along w/ taking B6 and B12 vitamins. I recommend giving these a try. They were very affordable, and delivered timely. I noticed the effects of this vitamin when my first cycle started after taking it. It was exactly 28 days after my last cycle, less heavy, and easier to deal with. That is the biggest change I've seen. No more wondering when I'm going to start. I'm also ovulating on day 14 every month. This helps so much for trying to get pregnant.

first off, I AM use to taking pills, ill tell you right now that these pills are hard as hell to swallow.I have been taking them on and off and i am still not pregnant. They do not work and the instructions are notreally clear, I only got this product because of the "fake reviews" but now i know for sure, they dont work.Hopefully I can find something else.

purchased in April, took pills as directed on bottle for about 3-4 weeks, tried in May, didn't work. Stopping taking pills and trying to conceive and got a positive test result in July. I'm not sure if it was the bills or my lack of concern for ttc but either way, it's happening. Good luck Ladies!

Made my cycle irregular again after using this product and I didn't get pregnant with this either. Maca has worked better.
