Rains almost every day, on days with little rain and low humidity, dries to the touch in about 10 - 15 minutes. Days with pouring rain seams to always be dry to the touch in about a half an hour. This goes on grey and dries clear. Total clear takes about 6 - 12 hours. I would like to add this is the best all propose glue I found.
