A very nicely laid out book which will be a great supplement to any white or blue belt's instruction. In addition it is a great review for higher level learners or practitioners. The explanations are clear and in the "Gracie style" with pictures to show multiple angles of the move and all intermediate positions. The book also has variants of techniques. Highly recommended,

I really love this book. It really breaks down everything and has tons of pics to explain. I also love how the sections are color coded across the top for guard, mount, passing the guard etc. it makes it a great companion for me after class.

A complete syllabus of the Gracie BJJ system from white to black belt. Excellent colour photos with easy to follow instructions, item arrived in perfect condition in reasonable time. Highly recommend this book for any BJJ practitioner for beginner to experienced student.

Good book it heights a very important principal of gjj. Transitioning to the next submission instead of forcing the one you have. I'd recommend this to any blue or purple belt.
