I am working with some lead... is this good in stopping vaoors? Thanks

The cartridges are for organic vapors and lead is not an organic vapor. At high temperature is convenient due lead detach atoms and converts to organic vapor, but at normal temperature is not convenient for lead.

Where can you buy replacement filters for this mask

I’m not sure but I do know it’s the same as the 3M mask if that helps

Is this suitable for using with fdm & resin 3d printers? materials used in printing would be 3d printer resins and plastics such as abs, asa, petg.

I think you would have to refer to the manufacturers data sheet for that information. The mask was bought to guard against the vapours resulting from re-varnishing a wooden floor. For that it worked just fine and was very comfortable, when suitably adjusted, to wear and it sealed well around the face too. It is provided with a replaceable filter pad which has to be fitted before use. There is also a considerable list of questions and answers on the amazon page for this device - it is noted there that it is specifically intended to protect against organic vapours and that it will not protect against lead.
