I usually buy ponzu juice and mix with Bragg’s Amino Acids, but I’ve been struggling to find straight juice, so I bought this. It’s not cheap, but it’s pretty good, and a little goes a long way.

This bottle has no way to control the pouring like most liquid products . I should have looked kind of ruined a dinner dish :(

I really like this and i make a lot of Chinese food at home. A great change from everyday soy sauce. Still based on soy sauce, but the additional flavors make it much more interesting.

We love this ponzu sauce. Our last order though, unfortunately, we’re having trouble getting the lid off! It looks a little different than previous red lids and we just canNOT get it OFF! Any help or suggestions?

This stuff - organic - is hard to find. Just found it at PCC market in the Seattle, WA area. Good flavor, VERY pricey! Will source local next since I finally found it - much cheaper.

This is the BEST soy sauce I have ever tasted! I will definitely go back for more. Makes the best ginger/soy salad dressing.

This listing lacks nutritional info. It has Tamari, lemon, and vinegar. They probably lack the info because most people have that at home.Ponzu and other brands sold in store usually contain Bonito(Extract) and mirin(or something more than vinegar to make up for it). This stuff is weak in taste.BTW nutritional label makes sure to mention organic several times.
