The items does not come stuffed, but can easily be done on your own. Review: Hard to fill & Bad smell - This was an absolute nightmare to fill. I used the recommended 'Bean Bag' fill, which is basically just tiny pieces of styrofoam, and because the zipper opening on the bag is so small, it's really difficult to get the styrofoam into the bag without it spilling out everywhere first. The main reason why I didn't give it 5 stars was because the bag also had a really bad smell to it, almost like a chemical smell. Not really sure what that is, but I am hoping it dissipates over time. All that being said, it is very soft, and overall seems worth the $50. But 100% I would recommend trying a different type of filling, maybe some type of cotton stuffing or something.
