Are they quiet I'm looking for quiet stealthy shoes for hide and go seek

Depends on where you wear them. On hard wood or linoleum they squeak when you first wear them but I'm sure that wouldn't happen as much after wearing them outside for a few days. Outside, anywhere can quiet except concrete slabs for the same reason as earlier. Just as long as you know how to walk quietly and wear these in, it'll be fine but if it's just for hide and seek it may not be worth your money.
