Not entirely non stick
Good workmanship. No cracks near joints where food can get trapped . Washed clean. Even rivets are well done. It’s semi non stick. If I make Upma, it sticks to the bottom. Same with egg burji. Otherwise an excellent utensil to have. Very good quality.

Pros: Heavy and sturdy, solid build, triply makes cooking even and nonstick coating is cherry on the top. Cons: Handle and lid handle gets hot during long cook period, wood or bekelite would be more suitable, after 6 month usages, non stick coating started to peel off.

Non-stick coating started peeling off within 9 months of purchase
I purchased this product on 8 October from AMAZON. Although the product claims to be metal spatula friendly, I have always used a wooden spatula to avoid damaging the coating.I have cleaned the kadai only with mild dishwashing soap and handled it carefully. Despite this, the non-stick coating started peeling off within 9 months of purchase. The product description mentions a 2-year warranty on the coating, so I am disappointed that it failed well within the warranty period.Peeling of the coating also raises concerns about food safety, as the coating particles could potentially mix with the food during cooking.The product has not performed as described, and I believe it does not meet the quality expectations advertised.

Kleiner, feiner Wok
Große Wok-Pfannen, die auf Induktionsplatten funktionieren, habe ich schon. Einen kleinen Wok, der für 2 Personen und Gerichte groß genug ist, fehlte mir und ich habe ein qualitativ hochwertiges Produkt gesucht - und hier gefunden. Die Antihaft-Eigenschaften sind nicht ganz so gut, wie bei durchgängig beschichteten Pfannen, dafür ist der Wok sehr viel unempfindlicher.

It's amazing pan. I love it. it's my go to pan now. Less oil, less electricity or gas. And dishwasher safe. Highly recommended.
