Are there any robusta beans in this coffee?

No. It’s mostly Arabica or mixed with African variety of other beans. That gives the distinctive flavor to Turkish coffee. Not any bean toasted and grounded very fine will give the taste of a this kind of coffee

Does it contain cardamom?

Turkish coffee never include cardamom or any other spices originally. Mehmet Efendi may have some infused varieties but it wouldn’t packaged like this.
