I've been using this sweat vest for about a month now, 2-3 times per week is how often I hit the gym at the moment. It really does heat up your body and make you sweat. It's great because it will make you sweat more than usual, but it doesn't leave you feeling like you're carrying all the sweat. The vest is breathable so you don't feel soaked.Others have said that it smells when you first get it.... and it does, but it eventually goes away after a few rinses. I've been removing the vest when I get home and take it in the shower with me so I can rinse it off in there. Then I wring it out as much as I can, put it on a hanger, and hang it on the shower curtain rod. It dries really fast. I've never had to worry about it smelling weird.I don't believe it "burns fat away", but it definitely helps with heating you up to sweat away the water weight. I am also lightly dieting and I like that it provides an extra little kick in my exercise program. I'm 5'7" and 200lbs (broad and wide if that helps at all) and the XL fits perfectly.

It doesn't make me sweat as it should. I use it to smooth things out as a shaper, so my clothes look better,

To start, I bought two bottoms and one top. One bottom for my daughter and one set for myself. My daughter wears small. I ordered the small and it fits her. Since I purchased, she wears it everyday. For two weeks, she was happy telling me that she lost one inch of her waistline! For my self, I bought XL for the bottom and Medium for the top. I wear Medium or size 8-10. Because of the reviews, saying it run small, I asked the opinion of the company. The company advices XL. The bottom is loose and the top fit tight. The top, I can work with it because I want it fitted. My purpose is to loose inches and fitted would help it. The bottom, I bought it XL as what I was advised by the company. My measurement for the waist is 30 and hips 43. When it arrive, I complained and asked for a refund, the company was really nice to tell me that they will send a replacement without charge and I can keep the XL or I don't need to send it back. The replacement was shipped fast. I am giving this review because I am very satisfied with the company. For the product, for myself, the replacement I have chosen was the medium. I was skeptical that it might be too tight for me, but it was not. It fitted perfect! I am wearing during my work out, and I am sweating more than not wearing it. As my daughter told me to try to wear everyday, well....you will be amazed what the result would be! For me, I have worn it for two days, and I felt my stomach flatten a little bit. I am planning to wear it for my whole vacation. That will be 2 weeks of wearing it, and I am very excited to see the results. For the reviews I have read that it was noisy. For me, it is not that noisy. It is just a normal sound that you could hear and it does not bother me. I have worn the top and bottom under my clothing and fitted really good. I sweat and the rubber absorbed it. It doesn't give sweaty smell. Also, from the reviews it was said that it has a rubber smell. Yes, I agree but it doesn't really give out a smell unless you will be sniffing on it. After one washed the smell went out. After my vacation, I am planning to buy more, so I can wear it everyday. Because I was satisfied, I tried to recommend to my friends about the product and the company. It is better to buy to the company which is easy to communicate with.

I bought this about 2 weeks ago. I am 195 lbs and wear a xl-1x in shirts and a size 18 in Jean's. I decided to buy an xl. The smell at first smelt like rubber but you get to it. The fabric feels like a scuba suit. The shirt goes all the way down to the start of your butt crack. As soon as I put it on, I started to sweat. I enjoyed the fact that when I put it on, it flattened my stomach and pulled in my back fat. I wear it all day. I did notice I have to keep myself more hydrated than normal. The only down fall is, is that around the inseam of your arm pit it kind of rubs and make it a little raw, also you need someone to help you take it off not easy to do by yourself. I washed it in the washer machine on cold with the hand wash cycle, it seems to have shrunk just a little bit but thankfully the rubbery smell is gone. I think I would have been more comfortable with a 1x. I also have spinal stenosis so I was hoping this would help with the pain in my back. It helps to keep my muscles warm and it does take away some of the pressure I have in the lumbar region of my spine. I was able to sleep on my stomach comfortably for 3hrs for the first time in almost 12 yrs. Once I take it off, I can feel everything again (not giving medical advice this is my own conclusion). Overall, I am very satisfied with my purchase.

So for sure you will sweat more when you wear this. I'm an A cup and I have a little belly, so I got a small... but let me tell you, the struggle was too real trying to put this on. I would probably have had an easier time if I had got a medium, but then a medium wouldn't hug me as tight and I wouldn't swear as much. Also, I didn't read the instructions on how to wash this, I just threw it in with my other clothes... it made my other clothes smell off? This thing smells weird, so I guess you don't put it in the washer? Lol, I don't know, but it smells like a gym mat. Another thing I think is bananas is how I bought two and they arrived together, but I had to pay the shipping charge twice, one for each. How does that work? I'm 5'8" with a long torso and this thing ruffles in the back. I still think it's helpful though, with swearing more.

I had to use this several times before I could write an honest review. After 7 uses during various CrossFit workouts, I can give it 4 stars. It stays in place well, even during burpees & heaving lifting. It fit perfect (I used my measurements & ordered by the chart) it doesnt roll or bind. I dont pour with sweat as some say, it does produce extra heat & you feel it. I cant give a full 5 stars because it fits very awkward at the strap area. The shoulder straps are right at the armpit area which at first makes you feel like your arms are not moving freely. After the 2nd use I got used to that. It's a good product for the money & I so like the support it gives in the tummy area.
