Depends on how long you leave it in place before use. After they peel off once or an edge comes up, it won’t stay in place anymore. Some constantly got stuck to the bottom of feet or socks from peeling edges. Other stayed firmly in place and once removed left an slightly sticky outline that removed easily with alcohol or even hand sanitizer.
