Quick review:- Gets the job done! made out of good material, but it is quite hard to use.- Not the best value for money, Matalan sells them for cheaper.- They fit me quite well but did get a bit uncomfortable. If you have thick big quads I recommend you check elsewhere.

Very uncomfortable. Also really difficult to attach to the bottom of the shirt.Do not buy, I have found some other ones that is just an elastic belt which works way better.

Oh my gosh! This things is excellent!!First thing, I lost a lot of weight. My shirt will constantly come out of my pants.This thing has help me tremendously holding my shirt.What I like is that I don’t feel it much. I thought this would be uncomfortable for a first timer and my surprise it’s comfortable and I don’t notice it that I’m wearing it.Very elastic and durable since I’m always waking all day.Would definitely recommend it
