Feels rugged and great for commercial use!
This mic fits in one's hand and delivers very good audio. The mic is very well made!

High Quality and Rugged
This is a large microphone that has a very rugged construction. The size feels great in the hand and I believe it will handle less delicate use with ease. The feed cord is much sturdier than other mics and should handle any abuse within reason. I have only had this for a month so it has not seen a great deal of foul weather field use. This winter will give it a pretty good test. It mounts into the Yaesu VX6R very well ensuring the seals are maintained. It does seem to add a minor draw on the power but nothing concerning at all.It does have the remote ear connector which will also be tested over the winter. Overall this adds to a very sturdy platform for your field comms. Highly recommended
