There is a little bit of a fragrance so if you are very sensitive this may not be the product for you.It claims to give temporary relief for minor aches and pains of muscles and joints associated with arthritis, simple back pain, and strains/sprains.My mother has pain in her wrists that constantly hurt. She used this product and was pain free for several days. Sometimes the cream works for short periods of time but the help deminished after a few hours. I'm assuming it may have something to do with the type of pain that is happening. I have had some mixed results. While most of the time it works occasionally it doesn't. I haven't figured that one out.I do love this product although the price is a little high for what you get. I will order more as needed. A little bit goes a long way. O did notice my sample said something about it helping nerve pain but the tube doesn't.
