Does dryer get too hot to hold in hand?

No, the handle is slippery if your hands are wet with product.

Would it be possible to add my diffuser tool to this blow dryer?

I have a BelsonPro diffuser that fits but I have not used it on this dryer. I have a different dryer (traditional with handle) that I use for diffusing.

does this come with a warranty?

We only have 1 month warranty from our store and they include a year warranty from the manufacturer. Thank you

No. I've never had mine come off. They fit very well.

Dangerous product

DANGEROUS product. Burned hair, unable to hold the dryer as it became too hot. The controls did not work. Only used the item twice. BEWARE OF 3RD PARTY PURCHASES THROUGH AMAZON.
