Hi I just use the wax warmer as its quit cheap compared to rica. Warmer machine is good so I ordered it for my sis too. I use rica wax rifil in this warmer and it works well

This product is nic .very useful it take one hour to fully heatup ...other wise u got rashaes or redness.. please use carefully.and remove your excess wax on your hand use coconut oil or olive oil
