Vibram Women's KMD Sport LS Cross Training Shoe

I recently joined a boot camp program and struggled with finding a good shoe that works with me being flat footed while also suffering from plantars fasciitis. My previous shoes cost about 150.00 and caused severe pain in the arch of my foot. Ever since I switched to these shoes my foot pain went from a 6-7 to a 1-2. The grips are fantastic for mountain climbers (the exercise), bear crawls and burpees. No more feet sliding underneath me. Plus I love that I feel barefoot. I absolutely love these shoes and would highly recommend for high energy cardio, cross training, running, walking and strength training!PS- you do need toe socks to wear these shoes! And I would buy 1/2 ! Size larger then your normal shoe size. I'm usually a 9-10, I bought a 9&1/2 and they fit perfect!!!

The shoes were slightly tight and hard to get into when I got them. It took 2-3 days of wearing them all day and hiking in them to get them to expand a little and now they fit great! My foot slides in easily. I would like to note that my feet are wide and I usually have issues finding vibrams that fit properly and don't cut off my circulation so I love them! I've gone hiking on rocky terrain with them and did fine. Not a ton of ankle support as expected with low cut shoes but I stepped on sharp rocks and didn't have a problem at all.

This is my second pair of the KMD sport LS . I had tried to pick out a different style because my first pair of these I had one of them to the point of no return . I tried the VA train cross trainer because they're really cute and I wanted the new color . But those didn't sit very well so I went back to these they fit great and feel great I love the color !on the five fingers girlfriend life you'll really see me and any other shoes!

I have typically gotten a larger size b/c the vibrams I've tried in the past were too small for my toes. Even though I ordered a larger size, the toes are a little smaller than I'd hoped for but the rest of the foot fits fine

I like the fit and it looks great. However now with plantar fascists doctor told me not to wear such minimal barefoot tech shoes. Need lots of cushion for now. The shoes will be on the shelf for awhile

Loved them, but when I washed them in cold water, and let them air dry- the little toe on left had loose material bunch up- bugged me big time and not comfortable- Back they go!

These took a couple of days to get used to but once I did and figured out the best way to get them on my feet, I love them! I am the kind of person who loves out doorsy stuff and I find these more comfortable then tennis shoes for the hill climbing, hiking and fishing. They hold up great in muddy puddles and I can secure my pole between my toes while I read.

I like them once I have them on. They allow me to feel more stable on my feet and the are fairly comfortable, BUT they are very difficult to get on. It's hard for me to thread my toes into the correct 'sleeves'.

Se lo regale a mi chica en verano le encantó, lo versatil de su uso, pero si que le quedaba algo pequeño, intente cambiarlos pero si lo hacia debia comprar otros y eran mas caros. Al llegar habia un pequeño detalle en la cola que pega la zuela de la parte de arriba pero lo cierto es que que la calidad de los materiales no deja fisuras y no filtra ni mucho menos. En verano los uso mucho y estan bien, espera poder usarlos este verano igual.

These fit brilliantly, I am a size 7 / 41 and bought a size 7 size 41. I have flat wide feet and they fit me like a glove as the shoelaces Paul to fit any width. These were very reasonably priced compared to others. I am looking forward to using them in the summer as I'm not one for wet muddy feet as they are not insulated. Perfect both are running on concrete on dry winter days. I've started to develop a bunion and I have flat feet I think these shoes will really help me do something about that by exercising the muscles as intended.

Super cómodos la verdad había escuchado de ellos pero es una comodidad super. Para hacer ejercicio muy adecuados. Al principio como todo nuevo cuesta trabajo separar los pies pero de verdad lo agradecerás con el tiempo. Muy recomendable

I love these running shoes. I run on pavements and thid style is excellent. The wear isn't great and they need replacing every 6 months (that's at about 500 miles or less) I have had many pairs of these in different versions over the last 5 years and they are great in every aspect. I hope to be able to purchase more in the future as they are all I can run in now. Ordinary trainers are cumbersome and painfully cramped in comparison.
