Question 1

Can i use this in cupcakes?

Accepted Answer

Our certified USDA organic lavender flowers from France are culinary grade. The lavender adds a fragrant aroma to your favorite recipes, including baked goods (like cupcakes). If this is your first time cooking with lavender, remember that a little goes a long way! If you are looking to experiment more, you can try out the various grades of lavender flowers - each with a slight variation in color and aroma. Extra grade can taste bitter to some, but others love it (as found in their reviews). If you prefer a softer, citrus-like taste, you can try out Super grade flowers.Thank you for your question, Ang! Question 3

Can this be made into a tea without adding honey or sugar? How does it taste?

Accepted Answer

I make tea with it. It has a mild taste but it smells wonderful. I add honey or superfood creamer to it sometimes but it is good as it is without adding anything. It helps me sleep better.

Question 4

What is the fastest/easiest way to remove the twings from the lavender?

Accepted Answer

I just opened my bag of lavender yesterday and all I see are whole buds.
If there are twigs, I have not seen any yet. This brand of lavender seems very clean.
