**Q: What sheeth would work well with the curvature of this blade? How wide would it need to be?**
A: scabbard would work just fine

**Q: How stiff is this blade?**
A: This boning knife is a medium flex - it’s not the most stiff blade out there but does have some give.  It keeps the same flex even after 7 years of everyday use, with being sharpened several times a day.  Hubby is a Meat Cutter for a large chain grocery store and been buying this brand for 40 years.  (Forshner brand merged with Victorinox)

A: They are made in Switzerland , same company makes the Swiss Army knife

**Q: is this a good trimming knife for brisket?**
A: It’s an excellent knife for trimming! I use it to clean skirt steak.
